How does the process work?

First of all, there are no costs to you. We pay for the deed work and closing costs.  You will never be asked for a DIME !!  WE PAY YOU, isn't that the way its supposed to be?

We ask that you complete the form giving us information about your timeshare. Once we receive this completed form, we will then e-mail you with an offer (see Guidelines for Purchases for amounts to expect).  

This offer pends verification with the resort and title verification (which usually takes 3-7 days). We will e-mail you a permission slip to sign to allow the resort to talk to us about your unit/week.

Once the verifications are complete, we send the agreed upon amount to Nikki at  Santiam Escrow, Inc. for them to hold. They will release these funds to you once the properly executed deed has been recorded.

From start (you filling out the form), to finish (you getting your money with a copy of the recorded deed), 30-45 days is the average timeline. It can be quicker or slower depending on your returning the permission slip, copy of your current deed, RCI transfer week form (if applicable) and signing our new deed.
