Our timeshare purchases telephone number is 425-361-1578 (please note if you call this number and you have not given us information on your timeshare, you will be referred back to the website. No information is given out that can not be obtained on this website.   Please do not call if you expect an offer for your timeshare immediately.  We do not work this way, (it takes 48 hours) and we will refer you to the form on this website, which asks you for information regarding your timeshare.  Also, please do not call just to ask "How does this work", as this information is presented on this website. Please give us the information on what you own on the form and we will send you an email within 48 hours. If you do not have an email address, we can not help you.

Please also be advised we do not take NOR make offers on timeshares with any outstanding amounts owing, ever.  We also know of NO ONE who does. 

We purchase blocks of foreclosed timeshare deeds from resorts across the United States. We also offer to purchase deeds from the public BEFORE the timeshares are foreclosed,
 (while the deed is still free and clear of liens).  We charge NO Appraisal fees, or any costs WHATSOEVER!! We just pay you, the seller, CASH for the timeshare deed, and WE pay all closing costs as well. You are the seller, we are the buyer.  

We use Santiam Escrow Inc., of Oregon as escrow to transfer funds, from us to you.  Santiam Escrow has been in business since 1975 and their credentials are easily verifiable by visiting the Oregon Secretary of State's website, and going to the Corporations division. 

If you do not want your timeshare(s) you basically have 2 choices:
 
1. Sell it. (Not as easy as that high pressure salesperson said it would be.)
 
2. Allow it to be foreclosed upon. (Collection agencies, court costs, credit damage)
