American Acceptance. We have been in business since 1988 in Washington
State. Our Corporate Headquarters is in Wyoming under Great American
Acceptance at 2710 Thomes Ave., Suite 534, Cheyenne WY 82001. Please also be advised we do not take NOR make offers on timeshares with any outstanding amounts owing, ever. We also know of NO ONE who does. We
purchase blocks of foreclosed timeshare deeds from resorts across the
United States. We also offer
to purchase deeds from the public BEFORE the timeshares are foreclosed, We use Santiam Escrow Inc., of Oregon as escrow to transfer funds, from us to you. Santiam Escrow has been in business since 1975 and their credentials are easily verifiable by visiting the Oregon Secretary of State's website, and going to the Corporations division.
If you do not want
your timeshare(s) you basically have 2 choices:
1. Sell it. (Not as easy as
that high pressure salesperson said it would be.)
2. Allow it to be foreclosed
upon. (Collection agencies, court costs, credit damage)
We
