I was tired of paying yearly fees for a 7 day vacation, when we only go for 3 days. If you take my yearly fees and divide it by 3 days, we could be staying in a penthouse for what my resort charges for 7 days. TIME TO SELL. This was a no brainer.

We were skeptical because they said they charged no fees. It all worked out. They did not charge a DIME and they paid for closing costs and even postage. We have referred another couple to the website, and they seem grateful as well.

To make a long story, short, we owned two weeks at the same resort. After divorce I got one, he got one. I didn't want it. I was ready to give it away. Timeshare Acceptance Company gave me cash and this will be the last time I think of it……

I was tired of the Management company at our Resort. They put in their own guys on our board. Wined and Dined them. Made their HOA fees free. They were entrenched and the rest of the membership did not care that we were paying a HUGE amount for HOA fees, which lined the Management company's pockets. We were glad to just be done with the Resort. It's a shame, but who needs the hassle.

I had a probate with a timeshare which was to be split between Three children. They did not want it, or the burden of Maintenance fees and taxes. Worked well for my clients.

Purchased from a HIGH PRESSURE Salesman. I tried to sell it with real estate companies that just took my "Appraisal " money. No luck. Then tried myself in the paper for half what I paid. No luck. Then tried to trade it in on a vacation scam. (they never took over title) No luck. In the mean time, year after year, I was paying BIG MONEY EVERY YEAR for something I did not use OR WANT. I got a check from Timeshare Acceptance Company in 3 weeks and a copy of their recorded deed taking it OUT of my name in 5 weeks. The new deed made me the happiest. I AM NOW DONE with timeshare.
